    • Plan, implement, monitor and improve the e-content evaluation plan of open learning resources
    • Implement & monitor actions of corrective, editing & enhancement e-content of open learning resources
    • Monitor the achievement of e-learning content development open source
    • Managing the acquisition of intellectual property for open source learning that has been developed
    • Collect & coordinate open source learning e-content development reports
  2. Reviewing the Effectiveness of Implementation of open learning resources e-Content
    • Provide, implement, and monitor the study plan for the effectiveness of the implementation of e-content of open learning resources
  3. Administrative instructions.
